Excelsior - An Essential Definition
"Excelsior" is our rallying cry,
born during the celebration of our 30th anniversary last year.
A latin word meaning "higher" and "ever upward,"
the ideals behind "Excelsior" influence everything we
do. It's a striving for greater excellence and working toward
lofty goals. Having an insiatiable hunger for knowledge. And always
making sure we're a positive force in the world. It epitomizes
all the ideals that made us who we are today. And everything we're
determined to achieve tomorrow.

Our staff is one fearless bunch of people.
Creative warriors, really. Always figuring out new ways to best
serve your needs. We're ever conscientious and always focused
on delivering the highest quality products on time. We keep ourselves
on the ball with frequent company wide training. We remember each
other's birthdays. Beacuse we hate saying goodbye, we make it
hard for people to leave Yupoong by promoting from within. And
all this "we, we, we" talk means we can do things as
a company others can't. That, of course, ultimately benefits you.

We have a unique, systematic approach to management,
where everything is organized around nimble, responsive teams
of specialists. This allows us to customize our services to your
specific needs - from design and sample provision, all the way
through to production and delivery. We'll make any hat you want,
even if it doesn't exist yet. And thanks to a three designer to
one salesperson ratio, we ensure your design needs are always
met. We boast the finest R & D team in headwear, a whole separate
division in Korea. They're always surprising us with their drawings
and mock-ups. And actually, our whole company contributes to this
effort - we value ideas from all our employees.

Isn't that the true bottom line? Enjoying life
